Julie Bradsher

Julie Bradsher brings nearly 20 years of experience in communications and integrated marketing to Lighthouse Strategic Group from top-tier advertising agencies such as DDB Needham. Her particular expertise is working with "internal clients": the marketing and public relations divisions of large companies such as Lockheed Martin and ExxonMobil. Her expertise spans all phases of integrated marketing, with a special emphasis on B2C (producing 15 product launches in one year alone for one client), B2B and business to government projects.
She has provided strategic direction and counsel for a number of blue-chip clients in astronautics, technology and manufacturing industries. In the technology field, Bradsher developed repositioning strategy for Platinum Technologies, a mainframe ERP software company that was later acquired by Computer Associates. While working on the Platinum account, she developed and executed a sales kick-off for more than 1200 of Platimumıs sales executives to launch the new branding strategy of the companyin 30 days.
She has extensive brand development and message strategy experience for companies as varied as Millioneyes.com, a free ISP firm, and DeWALT Industrial Power Tools, a division of Black & Decker. As account director on the DeWALT account, she developed message strategy for not only the brand, but also for individual product launches. Bradsher developed numerous partnership and sponsorship opportunities for DeWALT, including the first corporate sponsorship with the American Furniture Society, which was attended by more than 500 professional woodworkers and artisans.
Other national brand management experience includes work for clients such as the American Red Cross, Better Homes and Gardens Magazine, and the National Geographic Society.
Julie earned her B.A. in communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
